Job Title: Account Coordinator

The Account Coordinator (AC) is the entry-level position in Account Service.  He/she provides support to the account team,  business development, and the entire organization to ensure effective/efficient account operations, providing solid and dependable support across all facets of 5 Stones. The position is a first-step into account management and requires solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables at the same time, while exemplifying enthusiasm and a can-do attitude within a complex and dynamic agency culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides overall team operational support
  • Customer communication - in-person, email and on phone
  • Create projects in internal project management software
  • Work with account executives to manage client projects
  • Assist account executives and business development with data entry
  • Ensure project milestones and work orders are effectively scheduled in project management software
  • Monitor timelines to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Schedule meetings and prepare meeting space for guests
  • Work with account executives to prepare monthly status reports
  • Help pull background and research for new business pitches
  • Attend and take notes during client meetings
  • Demonstrate clear and effective communication when dealing with both internal staff and clients
  • Responsible for historical account information - past work, scripts, agency/client correspondence, signed estimates, and proposals
  • Input and update client info electronically
  • Proofread written communications and documents
